Step 1:

Understanding the Client requirement with the help of a questionnaire and personal discussions.

Step 2:

Site analysis is carried out with respect to soil condition, building regulations etc. Client is briefed accordingly. 

Step 3:

A line sketch and approximate budget is given to the client for overall appreciation of the project.

Step 4:

A 2D plan is then given which indicates both dimensions and location of each room.

Step 5:

For better visualization a sectional 3D figure is given along with furniture layout.

Step 6:

After the client is fully satisfied with above steps, the structure is designed for a life span of at least 50 years.

Step 7:

Rendered elevation in 3D is given to the Client.

Step 8:

Electrical & plumbing diagrams, Septic tank, soak pits are then finalized in consultation with the client.

Step 9:

An agreement between the Client and contactor is drafted, which includes material specifications, timeline for construction, payment details and most importantly what is within the Client’s scope.
